How do I get to the Hotel from Nagoya Station?
Take the Nagoya Subway Higashiyama Line in the direction of Fujigaoka. You will find it convenient to ride inthe front carriage.
Alight at Sakae (the 2nd stop). The Hotel is approximately 3 minutes’ walk from Exit 13.

How do I get to the Hotel from Sakae Subway
Station?
Leave the station by Exit 13 and walk straight ahead for approximately 150 meters until you find the Hotel on your left-hand side.
How do I get to the Hotel from Centrair (Central Japan International Airport)?
Take the Meitetsu Railway Kuko Line to Kanayama. From Kanayama, take the Nagoya Subway Meijo Line in the clockwise direction, and alight at Yaba-cho’s 3rd stop. The Hotel is 5 minutes’ walk from the station. Total journey time: approximately 60 minutes

Take the Meitetsu Railway Kuko Line to Nagoya. From Nagoya, take the Nagoya Subway Higashiyama Line in the direction of Fujigaoka, and alight at Sakae’s 2nd stop. The Hotel is approximately 3 minutes’ walk from Exit 13. Total journey time: approximately 40 minutes

Does the Hotel provide parking facilities?
The Hotel has its own multistory garage with room for 30 vehicles. The parking charge is ¥1,200/night per 24 hour period from time of entry.

Please note that as this is a multistory garage, vehicle size restrictions apply. The maximum dimensions are: height 1.6m, width 1.8m, length 5.0m. If your vehicle exceeds these dimensions, you will be directed to a neighboring parking facility. However, please note that as the Hotel does not have contracts with these facilities, normal parking fees will apply.

Is there a bank near the Hotel?
You will find an ATM in the Lawson convenience store on the 1st floor of the Hotel, serving all city banks, regional banks and Shinyo Kinko credit associations. There is also an ATM operated by Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ on the far side of the park, opposite the Hotel.

Is there a convenience store near the Hotel?
A branch of Lawson is situated on the 1st floor of the Hotel. The store also sells alcoholic beverages and cigarettes and has an ATM.
Does the Hotel provide Internet access?
WiFi Internet can be accessed from all guest rooms, or from the Hotel’s Front Lobby.
What kind of breakfast does the Hotel offer?
Food: scrambled egg, stir fried dishes, soup, croissants, toast, fruit, salad, breakfast cereals (3 types), yoghurt, rice, 5-cereal gruel, grilled fish, Japanese side dishes, miso soup.
Beverages: milk, tomato juice, acerola juice, grapefruit juice, orange juice, coffee, tea, Japanese tea.
Will the Hotel look after my luggage/can I use the home delivery services before checking in or after checking out?
Left luggage and home delivery services are available at the Front Desk.
Does the Hotel provide a home delivery service?
The Hotel can arrange home delivery by Kuroneko Yamato.
Does the Hotel have any Japanese-style or triple rooms?
The Hotel does not have any Japanese-style or triple rooms.
What credit cards does the Hotel accept?
The Hotel accepts Visa, JCB, American Express, Diner’s Club, MasterCard, and Union Pay cards. Visa, JCB and MasterCard tie-up cards can also be used at the Hotel.

Is it possible to send luggage to the hotel prior to my arrival?
Luggage is accepted ONLY on the morning of your arrival. When sending luggage to the hotel in advance by a delivery service, please specify your arrival date with your name and date(s) of stay clearly indicated. Please send to the following address:

May I have items that I purchased or ordered delivered directly to the hotel prior to my arrival?
For security reasons, we are unable to receive goods, parcels and packages prior to your check-in at the hotel. Also, please note that we are not able to store your luggage or parcels after your official check-out time.
Is there a waiting list for room vacancies?
We are sorry, but the b nagoya does not keep a waiting list for rooms. For availability, please contact the hotel directly.
What languages are spoken at the b nagoya?

Are there medical facilities with English speaking professionals near the b nagoya?
There is a “SL Medical care group” which gathers various clinic within a 5-minute walk.
Is there a drug store near the hotel?
There are some stores in about 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel.
Are there electronics retail shops near the hotel?
There is Yodobashi Camera and Don Quixote in about 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel.
